- Marco Balzanelli local charcuterie/salumi producer from Balzanelli Smallgoods. Plus you will get to taste his award winning bresaola
- Westholme & AACo. Meats producers of pasture fed & grain fed cattle established in 1824 from English shorthorn and 1980s Japanese Wagyu bulls and
- Havericks Meats specialist in aging meats.
Chef Paul will create a 5 course menu, with matching wines, where you will be able to judge yourself which meat is the best.
